What is Comikaze?+
Comikaze is a comic maker that turns your photos and a short story idea into a finished comic, manga, manhwa or webtoon, with cover, pages, panels, speech bubbles and sound effects included. It works in the browser and as an app on iPhone and Android.
Can I use my own photos?+
Yes, that's the point. Upload a photo of yourself, a friend, your partner or anyone you like and Comikaze draws them as a character. Their face, hair and outfit stay consistent on every page. You can also pick from our ready-made characters.
How long does it take?+
Setting up your cast, style and story takes about two minutes. Pages start appearing within a minute of hitting Draw; a full 10-page comic with a cover is usually done in about five.
How much does it cost?+
Comikaze is a subscription: $4.99 a week or $49.99 a year (that's under a dollar a week). Both include a weekly INK allowance, enough for a full comic every week, and unlock every art style. You set up your comic first and only pay when you're ready to draw. Cancel anytime.
