Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use online services in Your country if that is higher, to use the Service. If You are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for You.

You may use the Service only in line with these Terms and the laws that apply to You.

You can start without registering: We then keep Your comics and purchases on an anonymous account tied to Your device or browser. You can keep that account at any time by adding Google, Apple or an e-mail address to it, so You can sign in anywhere.

Keep Your sign-in details to Yourself. You are responsible for what happens on Your account. Tell Us at once if You think someone else is using it.

One purchase belongs to one account. A purchase made on the website is added to the first account that claims it; every other device that opens one of its links signs into that same account, so Pro and INK are shared between them. The links We send after a purchase are personal: please do not forward them.

You can delete Your account from the app's settings or by contacting Us. Deleting it ends access to Your comics and INK; it does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, which You cancel there.

Comikaze Pro is a subscription. On the website it is sold and billed by Our payment processor, Stripe. The price, the billing period and any free trial or introductory price are shown before You pay.

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until You cancel it.
• A free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless You cancel before then. An introductory price applies only to the periods stated when You bought it.
• You can cancel at any time from Your account on the website (Manage subscription) or from the link in Your purchase e-mail. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period You already paid for.
• Payments are not refundable and partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or We decide otherwise. To ask for a refund, contact us with Your receipt.
• If We change the price of a subscription, We tell You before the change applies to Your next renewal, and You can cancel before it does.

Subscriptions bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms, including Apple's Standard License Agreement.

INK is what making comics uses. Pro includes an amount of INK each billing period, and You can also buy INK packs. The amounts are shown before You pay.

• INK has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account.
• INK spent on a page or cover that fails to generate is given back automatically.
• INK bought or included with Pro is not refunded once it is used, and INK left on an account ends if the account is deleted.

You keep the rights You have in what You put into the Service: Your stories, prompts, photos and characters ("Your Content"). You give Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and transform Your Content only to run the Service for You — for example, to draw Your comics — and to keep it safe.

You must have the right to use Your Content, including the permission of the people in the photos You upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.

As between You and Us, the comics You make with the Service are Yours to keep and share, as far as the law allows. AI-made images may resemble other works, and similar results can be made for other people; You are responsible for how You use Your comics, including making sure that use is lawful.

Comics, styles and stories that We publish in the Service (such as Discover stories and example comics) remain Ours or Our licensors'.

When using the Service, You must not:

• make or share content that sexualises minors, or that is sexual content of a real person without their consent;
• harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone, or make content that promotes violence or hatred against people for who they are;
• upload content You have no right to use, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• try to get around the Service's limits, payment or safety systems, reverse engineer it, scrape it or overload it;
• resell or share access to Your account or to Pro.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Comics are generated by AI models. Results can be inaccurate, unexpected or different each time, and generation can fail or take longer than usual.

We work to keep the Service running, but We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features and styles over time.

Some parts of the Service rely on others: Stripe processes website payments, Apple and Google handle in-app purchases and sign-in, and Google Firebase runs sign-in. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end Your access if You break these Terms, or if We stop offering the Service; if We stop it, We will tell You in advance where We reasonably can.

We may update these Terms. When a change matters, We tell You in the Service or by e-mail before it applies. Using the Service after that means You accept the updated Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, and Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount You paid Us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights You have as a consumer under the law of Your country that cannot be limited by agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where You live.
