How to make a webtoon of yourself (a real episode, not an avatar)

Webtoon is a rhythm, not just a style
What makes webtoons addictive is one clear beat per panel: a look, a line, a reaction. Everyday life fits this rhythm perfectly, which is why slice-of-life webtoons dominate the charts. Your flat-share, commute or group chat already has episodes in it.
Episode one, step by step
- Upload your photo, and your co-star's if you have one. Up to three people stay photo-locked.
- Pick Webtoon style for bright and friendly, or Romance Webtoon for soft light and blushes.
- Write the episode in one sentence: 'My roommate adopted a cat without telling me. The cat has opinions.'
- Draw 8 pages. Read it, redraw any page with a note, download.
The recurring-cast trick
Series live on recognition. Save your characters once and every new episode reuses them, identical, in one tap. Readers start recognising your cast by episode two, and that is the moment a comic becomes a series.
Name your characters consistently in prompts. 'Sam' every time, not 'my roommate' in one episode and 'he' in the next.
Where to publish
Post pages to Instagram as a carousel, cut panels for TikTok slides, or keep it private as a diary that happens to be drawn. Full-resolution downloads crop cleanly to any of those formats.
